Makes you feel like a wanted person. The time and care given is excellent and I look forward to coming each week it is the highlight of my week and makes me feel wanted as a person and treated like one.

Empathy, friendliness, calm, expertise and reassurance. I enjoyed my visits to ST Annes stepping hill and Christies are stressful starting with car parking and number of patients being treated.
